WHO IS COVERED?
Proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service such as the original sales receipt showingoriginaldate
of purchasefrom an authorized APEX Digital, Inc. dealer in N. America. Keep your originalbox and packaging in
case your unit needs to be shippedto us. Youwill need to prepay shippingand APEX will pay the cost of shipping
the unit back to you.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Warranty repair from the originaldate of purchase:One (1) year replacementof parts;90 days limitedlabor
warranty coverage.
If you don't have proof of purchase, your unit will be considered out-of-warranty & will be charged at a flat labor rate.
WHAT |S EXCLUDED?
Your warranty does not cover:
- Labor charges for installation or setup of the product, adjustment of customer controls on the product, and
installationor repair of antenna systems outsideof the product.
- Product repair and/or part replacement because of misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or other cause not
withinthe control of Apex Digital, Inc.
- A productthat requires modification or adaptationto enable it to operate in any countryotherthan the countryfor
which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these
modifications.
- Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the product. (Some states do not allow the incidentalor
consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This includes, but is not limited to,
prerecorded material, whether copyrightedor not.)
- Shipment to the authorized repair facilityfor warranty repair.

ORDERING ACCESSORIES:
You may purchase a remote control($23 U.S.), owners manual ($10), and/or firmware upgrade, if applicableto
your player ($10). Specify model number, name & address with a cashiers check made outto Apex Digital.
