Install your TV in a room where direct sunlight will not fall upon the screen. Allow enough space (at least 10cm) between the TV and the wall for proper ventilation. It is recommended to watch TV in soft and indirect light. The optimum watching distance is 5-7 times of the screen's vertical length.
