The OnBoard AC97 Audio DEVICE option enables or disables the AC’97 CODEC.

Auto DEFAULT The onboard AC’97 automatically detected and enabled

Disabled The
onboard AC’97 is disabled
Restore on AC Power Loss [Last State]
The Restore on AC Power Loss BIOS option specifies what state the system returns to if there
is a sudden loss of power to the system.

Power Off The system remains turned off

Power On The system turns on

Last State
DEFAULT The system returns to its previous state. If it was on, it
turns itself on. If it was off, it remains off.
