[0|1|2] specifies if to use the default frame reate reduction (mode:0)
which is also the default setting, or if to use no reduction (mode:
1), or if to specify a variable frame rate reduction (mode:2)
Hue [1..100] Hue (in percent)
LastFrameOnSignalLoss [0|1],
disable, enable signal loss detection (default is 0, disabled) This
option only makes sense for streaming video card types. If dis-
abled the insertion will get blue during signal loss. If enabled
the insertion will still hold the last frame during signal loss.
Port [1..9] Port of the channel on the input card
