7.8.4 Window properties
A dialog opens to define the properties of the selected window in the layout.
The Always on top option means that the selected window will always be displayed on top of all the others.
Sizable means that the size of the window can be changed using the mouse or the system menu. A window
with a changeable size can snap to the grid with all four corners.
Use the Visible property to show or hide a window. A hidden window is not displayed in the taskbar either.
Enter a descriptive or explanatory text or commentary about the window into the description field. This text is
displayed as tool tip and saved in the layout
