12.1 Control Room Bus
To run the Apollo software, you have to first set up the Control Room Bus on each computer. Then you can start
the respective applications.
The Control Room Bus starts automatically when the computer is booting. The following icon appears in the
taskbar.
Click with the right mouse on the Control Room Bus icon to open the context menu::
Use Component Viewer to see a list of all the networked computers the desktop server can access.
Use Process Data Viewer to view control room database data. This option can be used by system engineers
when initially starting the system but requires expert knowledge about the database structure.
