Now the access permissions have to be edited. Access has to be given to the local user Interactive, System,
Administrators, IUSR, and IWAM.
When clicking on Edit Default, in Windows2000 the Registry Value Permissions opens
with an empty list. All users have to be added.
Click on the Add button to add the required members.
