I. SYSTEM REQUIREMENT I. System Requirement 1. Mobile phone device supports 3GPP telecommunication protocol. 2. Telecommunication service provider supports 3GPP streaming. 3. Telecommunication service provider supports private content over 3GPP streaming. 4. Subscription to 3GPP service. 5. IP video device (IP Camera/Server) supports 3GPP protocol.
II. SETUP II. Setup This chapter contains two sections. Please follow described procedures step-by-step thoroughly: A. IP Viewer B. Mobile Phone A. IP Viewer 1. Assume fixed IP of IP video device is 220.128.206.56. 2. Launch [IP Viewer] of IP video device with fixed IP as follow: For login procedures, please refer to user’s manual provided by IP video device. 3.
II. SETUP 4. On [System Configuration], click on [Video] on the left menu in order to setup 3GPP connection: 5. Enable [3GPP Mode] on Streaming 2. Please note, 3GPP connection is available only on Streaming 2. 6. Enter desirable method of connection on [3GPP Path]. rtsp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/3g rtsp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/3gx 7. with incoming audio stream without incoming audio stream Finally click on [Apply] in order to effect the changes.
II. SETUP B. Mobile Phone Please note, following procedures are demonstrated based on Sony Ericsson 3GPP mobile phone. Setup steps and graphic user interface (GUI) may vary by brands and models. Nevertheless, setup procedures shall quite similar in analogy. 1. Press the [Menu] key in order to enter menu. 2. Locate [Internet Services] icon then click [Select] to enter. 3. Press [More] in order to display more options.
II. SETUP 4. Locate [Enter Address] then click [Select] to enter. 5. Locate [New Address] then click [Select] to continue. 6. Enter fixed IP address of IP video device on mobile phone: Recall from page 5, fixed IP is 220.128.206.56. Recall from page 6, you would also like to receive audio; thus, 3GPP Path is 3g. Therefore, enter rtsp://220.128.206.56/3g on the mobile phone. Finally click [Select] to begin retrieving incoming streams.
