Setting the System date and time of your SmartNav 5
In the display screen, tap the
up or down Arrowhead icons to set
the year, month, day,
hour and minute of your SmartNav 5.
(Note: Change the 12-hour or 24-hour format for the area covered.)
Setting the system time zone
Tap the left Arrowhead icon
or the right Arrowhead icon to select
the correct time zone for the area covered.
Please note when you change a system setting you must hit the save icon.
Touch GPS Viewer icon to Enter the GPS Reset Interface.

Are you sure to reset GPS
satellite receiver?

If your SmartNav 5 is not receiving
a strong signal due such reasons
as
initial setup, vehicle stored for
winter months, please tap the Reset
1con to reset the GPS
satellite receiver.
Next, tap
OK to begin the GPS
satellite validation.
Or you may hit
cancel to exit the reset process.
It
will not harm the SmartNav 5 if you
were to
by accident test without
reason.
