Note: Apply Clean Vacuum Pump Oil or
Vacuum Grease to all of the o-rings prior to installation.

Use an O-Ring from the bag labeled MV06.
Select the appropriate o-rings from the bag
labeled MV04 & check it against the below
O-Ring Sizing Guide.
Step 1: Determine the model of the valve core removal tool by locating the stamped lettering on the
main tool body swivel fitting.
If the tool body swivel fitting does NOT have
stamped lettering proceed to Step 2b below.

Use a bent pick to remove and replace the
o-ring as illustrated.

Use a bent pick to remove and replace
the 2 o-rings as illustrated.
