6. Hold the motor body with one hand, select the required speed and press the ( I ) switch
for LOW or ( II ) switch for HIGH speed. Using the other hand insert the food through the
feed tube and use the food pusher to push the food through if necessary.
Never use your fingers to push the food through the
feed tube.
7. During processing you can adjust the speed by selecting the LOW ( I ) or HIGH( II )
speed button.
NOTE: The maximum quantity of food can’t exceed the maximum capacity of the bowl for
each operation.
For the most consistent results do not overfill the bowl and process the food in smaller
quantities.
8. To stop the appliance, take your fingers off the switch button ( I ) or ( II ) and unplug the
unit from the power outlet.
9. Turn the motor unit counter-clockwise until the arrow mark on the motor unit is aligned
with the unlocked symbol ( ) on the food processor lid as illustrated in Fig. 9a. Detach the
motor unit from the lid as illustrated in Fig. 9b.

The appliance cannot be used for processing hard food as this will damage
the blades.

10. Remove the vortex 4 blade for blender from the blender jug as illustrated in Fig. 10a,
and pour out the blended food.
11. If you want to store the blended food in the blender jug, use the storage lid and
refrigerate as illustrated in Fig. 10b. Do not store the blended food in the jug for an
extended period.
Keep the electrical cord away from any hot surface.
Always unplug the FlavorQuik™ unit after use.
Keep the FlavorQuik™ unit out of reach of children.
Blades are very sharp; keep fingers away.

9. Remove the lid by pulling out the locking clips on either side of the lid as illustrated in
Fig. 9a and 9b.
