supportedmodels,theiPadcameratakesthreephotosinrapidsuccessionatdifferentexposuresand
blendsthemtogether.Theresultingphotohasbetterdetailinthebrightandmidtoneareas.
TakeanHDRphoto
OnmodelsthattakeAutoHDRphotosandmodelsthattakeSmartHDRphotos,iPadautomatically
usesHDRwhenitʼsmosteffective.
TomanuallycontrolHDRonthesemodels,gotoSettings >Camera,thenturnoffSmartHDR.
Onthecamerascreen,tapHDRtoturnitonoroff.
Onallothermodels,tap onthecamerascreentoturnonHDR.
Bydefault,theHDRversionofthephotoissavedinPhotos.TosaveboththeHDRandnon-HDR
version,gotoSettings >Camera,thenturnonKeepNormalPhoto.
View,share,andprintphotosoniPad
AllphotosandvideosyoutakewithCamera aresavedinPhotos.WithiCloudPhotosturnedon,all
newphotosandvideosareautomaticallyuploadedandavailableinPhotosonallyourdevicesthatare
setupwithiCloudPhotos(withiOS8.1,iPadOS13,orlater).
Note:IfLocationServicesisturnedoninSettings >Privacy,photosandvideosaretaggedwith
locationdatathatcanbeusedbyappsandphoto-sharingwebsites.SeeControlthelocation
