WhenyouupdatetothelatestversionofiPadOS,yourdataandsettingsremainunchanged.

IfyoudidnʼtturnonautomaticupdateswhenyoufirstsetupyouriPad,dothefollowing:
1. GotoSettings >General>SoftwareUpdate.
2. TapCustomizeAutomaticUpdates(orAutomaticUpdates).Youcanchoosetoautomatically
downloadandinstallupdates.
Whenanupdateisavailable,iPaddownloadsandinstallstheupdateovernightwhilechargingand
connectedtoWi-Fi.Youʼrenotifiedbeforeanupdateisinstalled.
UpdateiPadmanually
Atanytime,youcancheckforandinstallsoftwareupdates.
