Chapter 7 Using Automation Setup Assistant
For example, if you want the automation to watch for an asset whose status changes to
Approved, you can use two lines:
Choose Status in the rst line’s rst pop-up menu, then choose Changes in the 
second pop-up menu. This sets this automation to only activate if the Status
metadata eld for an asset changes.
Add a second line and choose Status in its rst pop-up menu, choose Matches in the 
second pop-up menu, and then choose Approved in the third pop-up menu.
This shows an example
where the subscription
checks for multiple items.
This sets this automation to only notice assets whose status changes to Approved
and to ignore any assets previously set to Approved.
When you’re done conguring the automation, click Continue.4
