Using the Shortcut Menu
Many selection, editing, and other commands can be accessed by Control or right-
clicking anywhere in the Arrange area. Make use of this to accelerate your workflow.
Note: Right-click functionality is dependent on the Right Mouse Button: Opens
Shortcut Menu option being chosen in the Logic Express > Preferences > Global >
Editing tab.
Selecting Regions
You must select a region before you can perform any edits, functions, or operations on
it. You can select a single or multiple regions, including regions on different tracks and
of different types. When selected, a black bar runs across the upper portion of the
region to indicate its selected status.
Logic Express provides a number of sophisticated selection methods. For more
information on this, please refer to “Selection Techniques” on page 177.
