Chapter 12 Keyframing 462
Located at the top of the parameter list, the Show Curve Set pop-up menu lets you display 11
built-in parameter curve sets as well as custom sets you build yourself. (For information about
creating a custom curve set, see Create a custom curve view on page 463.) Choose an item
from the menu to display all parameters, dynamic parameters (parameters with keyframes or
behaviors), or specic parameters (Position, Rotation, Scale, Shear, Anchor Point, Opacity, and
Retiming). The Curve Set pop-up menu displays the name of the selected curve set (Animated,
All, or Modied, for example).
View all parameters for all selected objects
m Choose All from the Show Curve Set pop-up menu.
By default, only animated parameters display curves in the graph. Nonanimated parameters
appear as dotted lines. Deselect a parameters activation checkbox to hide it in the graph. You
can display or hide all parameters associated with a group or object by selecting or deselecting
its checkbox.
View only animated (keyframed or behavior-inuenced) parameters
m Choose Animated from the Show Curve Set pop-up menu.
Parameters with more than one keyframe are displayed.
View parameters changed from their default values
m Choose Modied from the Show Curve Set pop-up menu.
This option shows the parameters that have been modied from their default values, or are
currently being modied (in the Canvas, Inspector, or HUD).
View only active parameters
m Choose Active from the Show Curve Set pop-up menu.
This option shows only parameters being modied in real time. For example, with Active
selected, dragging an object in the Canvas displays its X, Y, and Z Position parameters in the
Keyframe Editor.
View keyframes corresponding to a specic parameter
m Choose a parameter type (such as Rotation) from the Show Curve Set pop-up menu.
Only parameters of the chosen type are displayed.
