Play range indicators (also called In and Out points), which limit the area of the project to be

Timeline

Timeline overview

The Timeline displays the visual elements in your project (the layers) and cameras, lights,

keyframes, and eects such as masks, behaviors, and lters. The left side contains the Timeline

layers list. The right side contains the Timeline track area. For more information on using the

Timeline, see Timeline overview on page 2 51.

Display the Timeline

Do one of the following:

m Choose Window > Video Timeline (or press Command-7).

m Select the Show/Hide Timeline button in the lower-right corner of the workspace.
