Search and customize keyboard shortcuts

Intro to the Command Editor in Motion

The Command Editor shows a visual representation of your keyboard, allowing you to:

• Search for keyboard shortcuts and commands

• Customize keyboard shortcuts to streamline the way you work

• Import or export keyboard shortcuts to use a command set from another application or

to share a custom command set with other users

If you’re more familiar with keyboard commands from other applications, you can use the

Command Editor to substitute those commands for Motion’s default set.

Display the Command Editor in Motion

• In Motion, choose Motion > Commands > Customize.

The Command Editor appears.
