• Fit a new oil seal by means of the special tool, part no.
9100894
LAYSHAFT BEARING
REMOVAL
• Warm the crankcase and then
remove the bearing using an internal puller.
REASSEMBLY
Reassemble the bearing using the special tool, part no.
9100893
CLUTCH-SIDE CRANKCASE
MAIN BEARINGS
Proceed as described for the flywheel-side crankcase.
WARNING
before performing any removing/assembling
operation, heat the crankcase with a heat gun in
order to avoid any damage to the housings.
WARNING
Secure the crankcase on the special support
plate, part no. 9100841, before performing the
described operations.
