Enable/Disable Bluetooth®
A nearby device that has already been paired
automatically reconnects when Bluetooth® is enabled.
See Pair Bluetooth® Device in this Operator’s Manual
section.
Enable
1. Turn on radio.
2. Press phone button.
3. Press volume knob to select BT DISABLED.
4. Turn volume knob until ENABLE is highlighted.
5. Press volume knob to select.
When successfully enabled, Bluetooth® icon displays.
Disable
1. Turn on radio.
2. Press phone button.
3. Turn volume knob until BT ENABLED is highlighted.
4. Press volume knob to select.
5. Turn volume knob until DISABLE is highlighted.
6. Press volume knob to select.
When successfully disabled, Bluetooth® icon no longer
displays.

Pair Bluetooth® Device
1. Enable Bluetooth®. See Enable/Disable Bluetooth®
in this Operator’s Manual section.
2. Press phone button.
3. Turn volume knob until ADD PHONE is highlighted.
4. Press volume knob to select. Radio directs to start
pairing process on phone.
5. Select device name displayed on radio from
available Bluetooth® devices on phone.
6. Turn radio volume knob until YES is highlighted.
7. Press volume knob to select.
8. Follow phone instructions for adding a connection.
PIN displays on radio.
When phone is successfully paired, radio temporarily
displays device name, BT PHONE, and BT AUDIO. An
X displays next to BT PHONE and/or BT AUDIO if not
available. A check mark displays if available. When
radio connects, Bluetooth® icon blinks while
downloading contacts. Download may need permission
from device.

Connect/Disconnect Bluetooth® Device
Bluetooth® must be enabled and device paired before
connecting or disconnecting. See Enable/Disable
Bluetooth® and Pair Bluetooth® Device in this
Operator’s Manual section.
Connect Device
1. Press phone button.
2. Turn volume knob until CONNECT PHONE is
highlighted.
3. Press volume knob to select.
4. Turn volume knob until desired device is highlighted.
5. Press volume knob to select.
When phone is successfully connected, radio
temporarily displays device name, BT PHONE, and BT
AUDIO. An X displays next to BT PHONE and/or BT
AUDIO if not available. A check mark displays if
available. When radio connects, Bluetooth® icon blinks
while downloading contacts. Phone icon displays while
connected.
Disconnect Connected Device
1. Press phone button.
2. Turn volume knob until DISCONNECT PHONE is
highlighted.
3. Press volume knob to select.
When disconnected, phone icon no longer displays.

Remove Bluetooth® Device
1. Press phone button.
2. Turn volume knob until DELETE PHONE is
highlighted.
3. Press volume knob to select.
4. Turn volume knob to highlight:
a. A device name to delete one device.
b. DELETE ALL to delete all devices in list.
5. Press volume knob to select.
Radio temporarily displays PHONE DELETED and
phone icon no longer displays.

Manual section.
