mode is complete, new presets will overlay old presets
and radio will play station active at start of Autostore
mode. New presets will be stored in ascending
numerical order.
Settings
Settings (J) allows adjustment of Radio Data System
(RDS) settings from the FM tab. Indicators (D), (E), and
(F) display based on settings. See FM Settings (Global
Including Europe) in this Operator’s Manual Section.

FM and AM Pages (Japan)
Use FM and AM Radio pages to listen to radio stations
within range.

Search for a station on the FM (A) and AM (B) wave
band tabs. Scan (D) for available stations or enter an
exact frequency using Direct Tune (E). Information
related to station and what is currently playing displays
on left-hand side of page (C).
Scan
1. Select desired FM (A) or AM (B) wave band tab.
Selected tab becomes yellow.
2. Select Scan (D) to nd available stations. Scan key
becomes yellow while performing scan. Each station
detected plays for seven seconds before moving to
the next.
3. Select Scan key again when desired station is
located.
Direct Tune
1. Select desired FM (A) or AM (B) wave band tab.
Selected tab becomes yellow.
2. Select Direct Tune (E). A number pad displays to
enter frequency of desired station. Only numbers
from available frequencies are available and display
white.
3. Enter desired frequency.

4. Select Tune key (F) to bring up entered frequency.
Tune key only becomes available if entered
frequency is available.
To cancel, select Back (G) or X (H).

Presets
Presets are available to store favorite stations for easy
recall.

Six presets (A) display at any one time. To view
additional presets, select arrow key (B). Keys displaying
the word Hold do not have a station stored.
Store
1. Locate desired station to store.
2. Select and hold any desired preset key for two
seconds. Station information displays on key when
successfully stored.
Recall
Select desired key with stored station. Key becomes
yellow when selected.
