Intended Use
The radio is designed for operation in a vehicle with a
12-volt on-board system voltage and installation in a 1-
DIN slot.

Basic Setting for Radio Reception
The radio receiver must be tuned to country-specic
wave bands (tuner bands). If no radio stations are
available, tuner might not be set to correct region. See
Tuner Band Region in Radio Operation - AM/FM Radios
A section of this Operator’s Manual.

Mute Volume
Mute volume using mute button shown in Controls and
Instruments in AM/FM Radios A section of this
Operator’s Manual. Press to mute, then press again to
turn off mute. Mute function deactivates when ignition is
turned off.

Adjust Brightness
1. Press and hold volume knob for 4 seconds or more to
display the menu.
2. Turn volume knob until DIMMING is highlighted.
3. Press volume knob to select.
4. Turn volume knob clockwise to increase or
counterclockwise to decrease brightness.
5. When desired setting is reached, press volume knob
to select.
6. Use ESC or wait about 10 seconds to exit menu.

Set Clock
Synchronize Time (Vehicles with CommandCenter™
Only)
If clock is available on the vehicle CAN network, the
radio synchronizes the clock.
Set Time Manually
If there is no clock available on the vehicle CAN
network, the time can be modied through the radio
user menu. After power is disconnected (example:
battery or radio), reset clock using this procedure.
1. Press and hold volume knob for 4 seconds or more to
display the menu.
2. Turn volume knob until CLOCK SETUP is
highlighted.
3. Press volume knob to select.
4. Turn volume knob until SET TIME is highlighted.
5. Press volume knob to select.
6. Turn volume knob clockwise to increase or
counterclockwise to decrease hours setting.
7. Press volume knob to go to minutes adjustment.
● To return to hours setting from minutes, press
ESC.
8. Turn volume knob clockwise to increase or
counterclockwise to decrease minutes setting.
9. Press volume knob to return to menu.
Set Time Format
The radio can display the clock time in 12-hour or 24-
hour format.
1. Press and hold volume knob for 4 seconds or more to
display the menu.
2. Turn volume knob until CLOCK SETUP is
highlighted.
3. Press volume knob to select.
4. Turn volume knob until FORMAT is highlighted.
5. Press volume knob to select.
6. Turn volume knob until desired 12 HRS or 24 HRS
format is highlighted.
7. Press volume knob to return to menu.
Set Clock Visibility
Set clock visibility to:
● ON—always display clock.
● OFF—only display clock when radio is off.
1. Press and hold volume knob for 4 seconds or more to
display the menu.
2. Turn volume knob until CLOCK SETUP is
highlighted.
3. Press volume knob to select.
4. Turn volume knob until CLOCK VISIBLE is
highlighted.
5. Press volume knob to select.
6. Turn volume knob until desired ON or OFF setting is
highlighted.
7. Press volume knob to return to menu.
