USB Flash Drive
Audio and video les will not play or software
will not install.
Radio may not be compatible with the particular
USB ash drive, or it could have a non-
compatible format. John Deere recommends
using a newer ash drive and ensuring it is
formatted with FAT32 le system.
Radio Stations
Radio switches to frequencies on which no
station in the region is broadcasting.
Receiver may have been set to a frequency
band not available in the region. Congure
radio to the region it is being used in. See
Tuner Band Region in Dealer (Advanced)
Settings Touch Screen Radio section of this
Operator’s Manual.
Auxiliary (AUX) Source AUX audio source is not available.
Some John Deere receivers only show the
AUX source in the menu when device is
plugged into the 3.5 mm AUX port inside the
cab. If an AUX source is not showing up in the
source list, ensure the plug is fully inserted into
the AUX jack. If problem persists, see your
John Deere dealer.
Bluetooth® Speech
Speech sound quality bad when using
Bluetooth® hands-free unit.
Try one or more of the following:
Make sure the air louvers are not directing
the air of the fan towards the microphone.
Phone battery power too low, connect
charger cable.
Increase the volume of the Bluetooth®
device or Phone.
Check phone noise reduction setting.
Some phones may work better with their
settings disabled rather than enabled over
an in-vehicle radio network.
Initiate call again. Sometimes the cellular
connection introduces poor signal quality
into the system which is sometimes
corrected by ending call and placing it
again.
