Pour the Aquaphalt

directly into your

patch area. Unlike

other patching

products, Aquaphalt

is free flowing for

ease in placement

and leveling.

Level your material

with a shovel or a

rake so it sits

roughly an inch

above the adjacent

area to account for

compaction.

Gather a broom,

shovel or rake, water

and a hand-tamper

or roller.

Begin by using a

broom to remove all

loose material from

the area to be

repaired, and sweep

it clean. In icy

conditions, remove

all ice from the area.

NOTE: For best

compaction, you will

need a hand-tamper

or roller.

Using Aquaphalt is as simple as that: Pour into the

damaged area, saturate with water, and compact. And

because Aquaphalt begins to harden right away,

roadways can be open to traffic immediately. It looks

professional, binds with only water and begins to

set-up immediately. A permanent repair safe for pets,

family and the environment!

Saturate the

Aquaphalt with water.

Aquaphalt’s green

binder reacts and

hardens with only

water.

Compact to a smooth

finish with a hand-

tamper, vibratory

plate or roller. If the

compacted material is

below the level of the

surrounding pave-

ment, simply spread

more Aquaphalt, pour

more water and

recompact.

When complete,

simply rinse area

clean.
