AquaStar PC USB Update Instructions.

Note: This is only for the 200A AquaStar ESC Product ID: 9192000112-0

Download the following two files.

Connect the Hextronik USB adapter to your PC and wait until the device is installed.

Unzip the above two files to your desktop.

Connect a battery to your Aquastar 200A ESC and connect the USB adapter to the Throttle wire from

your ESC. Take note of the polarity on the label.

Turn on the ESC.

Run hextronik.exe and what for box indicators to turn GREEN.

Click the update button and direct the update software to the new firmware version file

“E260202.htk” and click ok.

Wait for the update to reach 100%

Do not disconnect power during the update process.

You will now be able to set motor timing with the V2 AquaStar Programming box.
