Limited Warranty Non-Transferable
Aquverse™
Summary
Aquverse™ warrants this product, to the original purchaser, and to no other person,
to be free from manufacturer’s defects in workmanship or material (existing at time
of manufacture and appearing during the stated warranty period) under normal
operating conditions. This Limited Warranty is for one (1) year from the original
date of purchase. Aquverse™ may require proof of date of purchase from an
authorized dealer. Please retain your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase date
and location. This warranty applies only in the country in which the unit is originally
sold.
This Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions, terms, and exclusions:
This Limited Warranty does not cover failure due to improper installation, improper
maintenance or service (by you or a third party), misuse, abuse, accident, or failure
to perform routine maintenance on this product as outlined in the User’s Manual.
This Limited Warranty shall not apply to the machine or any part thereof which
have been subject to:
o Use outside of office or residential environments
o Use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality
o Failure caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, machine
adjustments, temporary non-functioning conditions, use on incorrect
voltage, fire, flood, electrical surge or acts of God
