1. SCOPE

The purpose of this manual is to give the necessary specifications for the

in-service use of primer WilPro VC 2700, code 2600115. If any

conditions, systems, procedures or other elements are not duly specified

in this document, please refer to Tapel Willamette Inc. S.A. Technical

Service.

2.- WilPro VC 2700 PRIMER DESCRIPTION

Our primer is a water base, solvent free product, which makes it easy

storage, handling and final use very compatible with international

environmental safety regulations. It is an vinylic product designed for a

first coating of interior moldings. It provides high in-service

performance, high resistance to abrasion, good adherence to substratum

and durability superior to other primers.

3. STORAGE

It is recommended that painted products always be stored in enclosed

spaces avoiding direct exposure to wind, sun and rain. Always store in

the original package. Open packages only for product application.

4.- FACILITIES AND USES

It is recommended that painted products be used in construction interior

finishing and that measures be taken to avoid direct exposure to the

elements and to extreme environmental conditions.

5.-TOP COAT

It is recommended that the top coat be applied within 30 days from

product installation date. The top coat should be applied under climatic

conditions that guarantee that the coating characteristics will not be

altered.

MANUAL USUARIO FINAL VC 2700 6.- TOP COAT TYPES It is always recommended to carry out a simple compatibility test between the top coat and the primer prior to final paint application. Tapel Willamette Inc. S.A. recommends the use of water base latex type products, acrylics, vinyl acrylics, and styrene acrylics as top coat, since their high resistance and durability along with the characteristics of our product provide excellent, lasting coating results.
