A tolerance on the specified thickness of ± 0.40 mm is assured for sanded grades.
A tolerance on the specified length and width of plus zero and minus 1.6 mm is assured.
A tolerance in squareness and straightness of 1 mm per meter is assured.

Strength values were obtained following European EN 310 standard.
Glue
AraucoPly is glued with a WBP phenolic adhesive. The glue line meets european EN 314 and
US PS1-07 standards. TECO and PSI/PTL control in a continous basis the quality of the glueline.
Formaldehyde emission is below E1 level: 0.35 mg/100 g according photometric emission.
0.02 ppm according DMC emission.
AraucoPly Grades
Grading in the mill follows PS1-95 standard.
An Grade High quality solid face. Synthetic repairs not permitted. Boat type wood patches not permitted. Small, wood-based putty repairs are allowed.
A Star Grade High quality solid face. Synthetic repairs not permitted. Boat type wood patches accepted up to 6. Small, wood - based putty repairs are allowed.
A Grade High quality solid face. Synthetic repairs are accepted up to 6. Boat type wood patches permitted up to 6. Small, wood - based putty repairs are allowed.
B Star Grade High quality solid face. Synthetic repairs not permitted. Boat type wood patches accepted up to 6. Small, wood - based putty repairs are allowed.
Occasional tight knots up to 25 mm wide are accepted.
