Surface Preparation
•
Clean your wood with a soap and water solution
•
Ri

and
allow
to
dry overnight
•
Make sure that small drops of water easily soak
into dry wood
Stir your stain
•
Stir the can and make sure to get all of the pigment off the bottom
•
Stir every 15 minutes when using or each time you add stain to a sprayer
Test before applying
•
Stain a small area and allow to dry to test for color satisfaction
Apply the stain
•
Apply to horizontal surfaces (decks) with a stain pad or brush
•
