5. Troubleshooting
Item trouble
Cause
Method
Motor doesn´t work.
- The power socket is damaged
or loose.
- The plug is damaged.
- The cable is worn or damaged.
- The carbon brush is worn.
- The switch is damaged or
loose.
- The inner wire is loose.
- The stator or rotor is
damaged.
- Repair or replace socket.
- Replace the plug.
- Replace cable.
- Repair the carbon brush.
- Repair or replace the switch.
- Connect the inner wire.
- Replace the stator or rotor.
Big spark on the carbon brush.
- The commutator is damaged.
- The rotor or stator winding is
short circuited or rotor winding
is open circuited.
- Carbon brush is worn.
- Replace the rotor.
- Replace the rotor or stator.
- Replace the new carbon
brush.
The vibrator does not vibrate
or vibration is weak.
- There is dirt, oil and water in
the vibrator head.
- The O-ring seal is damaged.
- Clean, dry and assemble it
again.
- Replace the O-ring seal.
6. Disposal instruction
6.1 Disposal of the packaging
• Please make reference to the guidelines and standards for appropriate disposal of the packaging
valid in your region. In part, the package may consist of plastic bags - watch this respect, with
special care to ensure that this is not out of the reach of children. There is a risk of suffocation!

disposal.
