GENERAL OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS  The appliance is a humidifier: use this humidifier only as outlined in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or malfunctions.  Ensure that the mains voltage complies with requested (230V/50Hz).  This product is not a toy. Children should be adequately supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

WARNING: THE ON/OFF SWITCH IS NOT THE ONLY MEANS TO DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY. ALWAYS PULL OUT THE PLUG FROM THE SOCKET IN THE EVENT OF MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, WHEN MOVING THE APPLIANCE OR WHEN THE LATTER IS NOT USED. DESCRIPTION OF THE PARTS 1 2 1. Mist discharge nozzle 2. 3. ESSENTIAL OILS CAN BE ADDED, BUT ONLY TO THE SPECIFIC TANK by unscrewing the lid and adding a few drops of oil to the specific sponge. DO NOT ADD any aromatic essences or fragrances to the water in the tank. 4. Screw the lid back onto the essence-holding compartment. WARNING! IF DESIRED, ONLY ADD ESSENTIAL OILS TO THE SPECIFIC TANK 3 4 5. Close the water tank plug correctly. 6. Replace the tank on the appliance, taking care to ensure it is correctly fixed in place.

 To restore appliance operation, add water by following the aforementioned procedure.  Use clean water every time the appliance is used in order to guarantee a longer life-span and increased effectiveness of the humidifier. WARNING!! It is normal for water to accumulate on the bottom of the appliance, as water in the tank passes through to the appliance’s base in order to initiate the ultrasonic humidification process.
