Safety and Care Advice Important – Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly Check you have all the components and tools listed on pages 2 and 3. Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting. Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.

Assembly Instructions Step 1 C Fixing rail. C C C Fix rail 8 in the pre drilled holes on base panel 2 using screws C . C 8 2 Step 2 2x Fitting Metal dowels. E 10 E Screw metal dowels E into right legs 9 and left legs 10 . 2x Note: Insert metal dowels as far as shown. E 9 Do not over tighten. Step 3 A Insert dowels A into the indicated parts.
Assembly Instructions Step 4 G Fixing front panel. 10 Fit front panel 3 to right leg 9 and left leg 10 as shown, then fix using bolts G and allen key I . 3 G 9 G I Step 5 G Fixing back panel. 10 Fit back panel 4 to right leg 9 and left leg 10 as shown, then fix using bolts G and allen key I . 4 G 9 G I Step 6 Fixing side panels. 5 With help, fit side panels 5 to legs 9 and 10 . Make sure panel is positioned as shown. Insert 4 locking nuts F into side panels 5 where shown.
Assembly Instructions Step 7 C Fixing top panel. Caution: Carefully lay the top panel on a soft and clean surface to avoid damaging the product. With help, fit assembled frame to top panel 1 then fix it using screw C . C C C C C C 1 Step 8 Fixing drawer runners. With help, fit drawer runners 6 and 7 to back panel then fix runner using screw C . 6 Attention: Make sure drawer runners are positioned correctly as shown in the diagram.
Assembly Instructions Step 10 9 Fixing front frame. Two people are required for an easier assembly. F F With help, place front frame properly ensuring dowels are all fit into their holes at the same time. Insert 4 locking nuts F into side panels where shown. F F C Use a screwdriver to turn locking nuts F clockwise to lock. C F 3 Do not over tighten. C F Fix middle drawer runner to the front panel and front panel to the top panel using screws C . Step 10 Fixing base panel.
Assembly Instructions Step 11 Drawer assembly. a: 12 B a: Attach drawer sides 12 11 b: to the drawer front using screws B . 12 12 11 14 b: Slide drawer bottom 14 into slots on drawer sides and position drawer back 13 in place. B c: Holding the drawer c: back 13 , press the drawer sides and fix them using screws B . d: Using bolt attach drawer handle H to drawer front. 2x B d: B D D Repeat step 11 for the other drawer. H Step 12 Insert drawers into unit.
