Step 2 Prepare the drawer sides Note: Due to the manufacturing process, the holes for the locking nut can be on either surface of the drawer sides.
Assembly Instructions Step 4 Fit the drawer base x2 12 Slide the drawer base 12 down the grooves in the drawer sides 9 and 10 and down into the groove in the drawer front 8 . 10 9 8 Step 5 C Fit the drawer back C Fit the drawer back 11 between the drawer sides 9 and 10 . Make sure that the drawer base 12 fits into the groove in the drawer back 11 . 11 10 C 12 C 9 x2 Hold the drawer back 11 in position and tap the knock-in pegs C through the holes in the drawer sides 9 and 10 .
Assembly Instructions Step 7 Fit runners to the drawers Runners must be pushed up against the drawer front Turn the drawers over H Fit the runner N c to the bottom edge of the left drawer side 9 , as shown, making sure that it is pushed up against the back of the drawer front 8 . Use a bradawl to mark the fixing positions, then secure with 2 screws H . H H 8 H 10 9 Fit the runner N d to the bottom edge of the right drawer side 10 using the same method.

Finished front edge L The 2nd screw I uses the hole that lines up with the other panel hole.

Assembly Instructions Step 14 Fit the left side Push the left side 1 onto the assembly. Use a screwdriver to tighten the 3 large locking nuts E fitted to the base 4 and plinth .6 . 4 1 6 Step 15 B B Prepare the top Screw 4 metal dowels B into the top 3 .

E a: 5 Finished front edge Note: The 2 holes for the large locking nuts may be drilled in either surface of the divider .5 . b: Fit a runner N b to this surface of the divider 5 . b: I I N b 1st screw Finished front edge The 1st screw I uses the 2nd hole in from the front of the runner. The 2nd screw I uses the hole that lines up with the other panel hole.
Assembly Instructions Step 17 Fit the divider Push the divider 5 onto the top 3 . Use a screwdriver to tighten the 2 large locking nuts E fitted to the divider 5 . 3 5 Finished front edge Note: The 2 large locking nuts may be on either surface of the divider. Step 18 Fit the top Push the top 3 onto the side panels 1 and .2 . Use a screwdriver to tighten the 2 large locking nuts E fitted to the side panels 1 and .2 .
Assembly Instructions Step 19 a: Fit back panel The measurement from top corner X to bottom corner X must be equal to the measurement from top corner Y to bottom corner Y a: Square up the unit by making sure that measurement x to x equals y to y. b: Place the back b: 14 down onto the unit, as shown. Nail D around the outside edges of the back 14 . D y x 14 Note: Nails should be spaced about 150mm apart. Stand the unit up for the next step. y x Warning: The unit is heavy. Lift with care.
Assembly Instructions Step 20 Fit the shelf Insert 4 shelf studs G at the required height. Lower the shelf 7 down onto the shelf studs G . G x4 7 Step 21 H Prepare the 2 doors H Push fit 2 hinges M into each of the doors 13 . H Secure each hinge with 2 screws H . Note: Before securing with the screws, make sure that the hinges are positioned at 90 degrees with the edge of the door.
Assembly Instructions Step 22 Drill the handle holes in the door Important: Please follow these instructions carefully. IMPORTANT You will need to drill the doors to suit the handles supplied You will need to drill 1 door as shown in this diagram Lay the doors 13 down onto a smooth surface. ONLY drill these 2 holes Important: Check that the holes and hinges are in the same place as the diagrams.

Assembly Instructions Step 24 Adjust the doors if needed a: a: Before adjusting the doors, use a spirit level to check the base (or top) of the unit is level, front-to-back and side-to-side in the 3 positions shown. Use suitable packing pieces (not supplied) to make the unit level BEFORE making any adjustment to the hinges, as shown. b: A A b: Height adjustment. Loosen screws A on hinge plates and move door up or down as required. Retighten screw A. c: B c: Forward and Back adjustment.
Assembly Instructions Step 25 Fit the drawers Slide the wheels of the runners fitted to the drawers, over the wheels of the runners fitted to the side panels and push the drawers into position.
Assembly Instructions Step 26 Example Attach the strap to the wall K Strap K Screw Washer Strap IT Washer N To prevent possible overbalancing we recommend that this unit is secured to a suitable wall by fitting of the overbalance protector kit .K to the unit, or an alternative fixing method of your choice. Wall fixing (not supplied) Attach the strap to the unit U Fit the overbalance protector kit Screw (not supplied) Wall fixings are not supplied as they will need to suit the wall type.
