Safety and Care Advice Important – Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly • Check you have all the components and tools listed on the following pages. • During assembly do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage. • Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups. • Assemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible.

Components - Fittings Please check you have all the fittings listed below Note: The quantities below are the correct amount to complete the assembly. In some cases more fittings may be supplied than are required.
Assembly Instructions Step 1 Attaching hinges a: Use Screws a: I I I to fix H ‘back the Door hinges plates’ onto the Right side panel 4 and Left side panel 5 . Assembly Instructions Step 4 Attaching back panel a: Insert Dowels the Back panel 8 C . a: A Unfinished back surface into C Use Screws to fix the Back panel onto the Middle panel 3 and Bottom panel 2 . Assembly Instructions Step 6 Attaching hinges to doors I Fix 4 Door hinges H to Left door panel 13 and Right door panel 12 using Screws I . Tear off the protective backing from the Door Pads G . H I I I I H H F 13 Carefully stick the Door pads G onto the Left door panel 13 and Right door panel 12 . H G G H F 12 G G G E E Step 7 Hanging doors a: With help, Mount the doors by clipping the hinge H arms onto the mounting plates.
Assembly Instructions Step 8 Finishing the unit Note: It would be useful to ask someone to help you at this stage. With help, place the unit in the intended position.
Fittings-Hinges a: You will need to support the weight of the doorduring this process. If the door is close to the ground this can be achieved by using blocks orsimilar. Otherwise a second person may be required to assist. a: Loosen, but do not remove the top and bottom screws on all hinge mounting plates. b: Try to work on the hinges one at a time. This will prevent the weight of the door pulling it out of position. b: c: This method can also be used to straighten-up tilting or twisting doors.
