Safety and Care Advice Important – Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly Check you have all the components and tools listed on pages 2 and 3. Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting. Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.

Assembly Instructions Step 1 a: Fixing right front frame to the right side panel (Two people required for an easier assembly). a: Insert right side panel 7 into right front frame 5 through joints. b: 5 C 7 b: Place blocks C 12 No! Note: Before fixing blocks 12 into place it is important to ensure that the slot and groove of parts 7 and 5 are fully pushed together and lined up correctly at the top and bottom. c: Yes! Attention: correct position of panel.
Assembly Instructions Step 3 Fitting Metal dowels. F Screw metal dowels F into right side panel 7 , left side panel 8 and top panel 1 . F Note: Insert metal dowels as far as shown. 8 F F 7 F Do not over tighten. F 1 F Step 4 A Insert dowels A into the indicated parts.
Assembly Instructions Step 5 Fit shelf 10 into the holes on middle wall panels 9 . Important! Shelf must be positioned as shown in the picture. 9 10 9 10 Step 6 Fixing base panel. With help, fit middle wall panels 9 to the base panel 2 then fix it using screws D . Do not over tighten screws.
Assembly Instructions Step 7 Insert front frames 4 into the holes on left side panel 8 . 8 4 4 Step 8 Fixing base panel. 8 With help, fit base panel 2 to the left side panel. Insert 2 locking nuts G into base panel where shown. G Use a screwdriver to turn locking nuts G clockwise to lock. G Do not over tighten.
Assembly Instructions Step 9 Fixing right side panel. With help, place right side panel 7 properly ensuring dowels and front frames are all fit into their holes at the same time. Insert 2 locking nuts G into base panel where shown. 2 Use a screwdriver to turn locking nuts G clockwise to lock. G 7 Do not over tighten. G G G Step 10 Fix metal bracket L in the base panel 2 and bottom front frame 4 using screws B as shown.
Assembly Instructions Step 11 Fixing top panel. Important: With help, carefully stand the product upright. With help, fit top panel 1 to the cabinet. 1 G G Insert 8 locking nuts G into side panels and middle wall panels where shown. G G Use a screwdriver to turn locking nuts G clockwise to lock. G Do not over tighten. G G Step 12 Fitting hinges to doors. Attach hinges I in the pre marked holes on doors 11 using screws B as shown.
Assembly Instructions Step 13 a: b: Hanging doors. 11 View from behind N a: With help, centralise the doors in the opening of the cabinet using the door spacer N to ensure correct spacing, as shown. B b: From inside the cabinet fix the hinges using screws B as shown. 11 Note: To ensure the alignment of the doors is correct, centralise the doors in the opening before attaching to the cabinet. Step 14 Hinge adjustment.
Assembly Instructions Step 15 Fitting door lock. a: Screw clip J B in place using screws . Ensure that the 2 small wheels are flush with the edge of the base as shown in the diagram. b: Insert plug 11 K into clip , ensuring they are leveled as shown in the diagram. J 2 J 11 K J c: Push the door against the plug K . This will make 2 small marks on the door as shown in the diagram. K a: J d: The door can then be opened and plug K can be screwed into place using the 2 marks made as a guide.
Assembly Instructions Step 17 Fixing back panel. Important: Cabinet MUST be ‘square’ when back panels are attached. M Attach back panel 3 using nails M . 3 M M Assembly is complete.
