In a mixer cream the butters and the sugar.
Once the butter and sugar are well combined
add the eggs, mashed bananas and vanilla
extract.
Sift the dry ingredients.
Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients in the
wet ingredients until the batter comes togeth-
er nicely.
Roll the chocolate chips and the walnuts in
flour and add them to the batter, fold them in
gently with a spatula.
Transfer the banana bread in a greased and
lined loaf pan and cook in the air fryer at 320
degrees for 25 mins or until cooked.
Let it cool before serving.
