INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Brussel sprouts
- slice each Brussel sprout in half
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
½ tsp Salt
BRUSSEL SPROUTS
RECIPE:
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Toss the Brussel sprouts with the maple
syrup, balsamic vinegar and salt.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Shake them around half way through.
