REQUIRED TOOLS
• Adjustable wrench
• Petroleum jelly or dielectric grease
UNPACK UNIT
1. Disengage transmission. See Move Unit
Manually on page 17.
2. Move unit from container to a level
surface.
3. Remove all other pieces from shipping
container.
4. Cut all packaging cable ties on unit and
discard.
5. Remove packaging material from unit and
discard.
ASSEMBLE STEERING LEVERS
See Figure 3.
1. Remove two jam nuts, two flat steel
washers and two round head square neck
bolts from plastic bag in the shipping
container.
2. Place steering lever in desired height
setting.
• Use upper and middle holes for highest
lever position.
• Use middle and lower holes for lowest
lever position.
3. Secure lever to upper control arm with
hardware from step 1.
4. Repeat steps 1 – 3 for other steering
lever.
5. Align levers side to side. See Adjust
Steering Lever Reach on page 28.
6. Fully tighten hardware.
SECURE SEAT CABLE
1. Remove nut and one end of seat cable.
Reinstall nut to secure remaining cable
end to seat plate. See Figure 4.
