Problem Possible Causes/Solutions
Spa Equipment does not operate. Nothing works.
Breaker has possibly tripped or may be turned off.
Resetbreaker.Asthebreakerwillonlytriptohalfway,makesureto
turnitallthewayoff,thenbackontoresetit.
IfGFCIBreakerresetsforamoment,thentripsagain,see“Blower
doesnotwork”below.
Additional Household circuit breaker has tripped.
Ifthereisasecondaryormainbreakerthatpowersyourspa,switch
breakerto“Off”position,thenresetto“On”.
Equipment is not wired correctly, or isn’t provided with
proper power.
Ifyouhavequestionsaboutwhetheryourspaiswiredcorrectly,call
yourspadealerorthefactory.
Can hear Pump running, but water is not circulating.
Knife Valve(s) are closed or partially closed.
DigitalReadoutmayread“FLO”.Shutoffspaimmediately.Otherwise,
yourequipmentwill“dry-re”andburnout.Makesureallknifevalves
areinopenposition(pulledup).Iftheyarefullydownandlockedinto
position,theymustbeturnedone-halfturnbeforetheywillpullopen.
Circulating Pump has drawn air and lost prime.
DigitalReadoutmayread“FLO”.Makesurethatthewaterlevelinthe
spaisapproximatelytothemiddleoftheSkimmer.TurnThermostatto
thelowestsettingtoprotectheater.Toreleaseairfromthesystem,with
pumprunning,loosen(butdonotremove)BleedValvelocatedonthe
Filterlid.(Thisisasmallscrew-likettingontopofthePressureFil-
ter.)WaituntilwaterstartstospurtfromtheBleedValve,thenre-close.
Don’tletthepumprunformorethantenminuteswithoutprime.Todo
socouldcauseseriousdamagetoyourequipment.If,after10minutes,
