2. Install the battery (4) and back cover (5) on the back of the phone until you
hear a click.
Charging the battery
You must fully charge the battery before using your phone for the first time.
1. Connect the lead from the travel adapter to the socket on the bottom of
your phone (A).
2. Connect the charger to an AC wall outlet.
3. It can take 5-15 minutes before a charging icon is shown in the display.
Note: You can use the phone while the charger is connected but charging is
suspended during that time.
Note: When the battery is weak indicated by β βon the display, you will hear
a warning sound. When the battery becomes too weak indicated by β
β on
the display, it switched off automatically.
