Description:
If the held call is not retrieved prior to the Hold Recall Time being reached, it
will revert to the holding station.
 If the held call is still not answered after a pre-determined Hold Recall
Timeout (see Program Zone 108) it will automatically transfer to the
Attendant Console in the same station group as the holding station.

Description:
If the held call reverts to the holding station and is not answered before the
setting time is reached, it will be transferred to an available console in
PROGRAM ZONE 400-GP-IP which console’s group is the same station
group as the holding station in PROGRAM ZONE 503-ST-1.
 Holding Time A: The held call does not revert to the holding station.
 Holding Time B: The held call reverts back to the holding station.
 Holding Time C: The held call reverts back to the Attendant Console.
