Description:
When accessing a free CO line the system will delay the setting time
duration to open the internal CO loop. All digits dialed during the setting
delay time interval will be received by the system and will not be sent out
until the setting time is reached.

Description:
A free CO line can not be retrieved after it is released until the setting time is
reached.
131 Door Ringing Delay Time

Description:
When the Door Sensor is activated the assigned stations in PROGRAM
ZONE 602 will not be ringing until the setting time is reached.
