4.6 - COOKING FISH
Fish cooks very quickly and with excellent results. It can be dressed with a little butter or oil (or even left without). Cover
it with transparent film. Naturally if it has its skin, this must be scored or cut; the fillets should be arranged evenly. It is
not advisable to cook fish breaded with egg.
4.7 - COOKING DESSERTS AND CAKES
For cooking all cakes the oven must be preheated to the temperature shown in the table. Only after reaching the tem-
perature set (signalled by 5 beeps) may the cake by placed in the oven
