1. Remove the U-clip “Z” (Fig. 6.47);
2. Unscrew and remove the valve (Fig. 6.48).

upwards and remove from the front of the boiler (F

4. Before replacing the exchanger ensure that the O-
rings are in good condition and replace if necessary.
Important! Before any component is removed, the boiler
must be drained of all water.
