10.4.2 Removing the gas valve
Important! Before removing the gas v alve, ensure the gas sup-
ply is turned off.
1. Disconnect all the cables from the solenoid and modureg;
2. Remove the spark generator (see previous section);
3. Release the nuts “V” (F

4. Remove the screws “W” from the bottom of the gas valve (F
IG.
10.33);
5. Remove the gas valve (FIG. 10.34).

10.5 Access to the Water Circuit

Important! Before any component is remo ved, the boiler
must be drained of all water.
10.5.1 Removing the D.H.W. (secondary) exchanger
1.Remove the screws “X” (F
IG 10.35);
2.Disconnect the cable “Y” (FIG 10.36);
3.Push the exchanger towards the rear of the boiler , and
lift upwards
and remove out of the front of the boiler
(FIG 10.37-10.38);
4.Before replacing the exchanger ensure that the O-rings
are in good condition and replace if necessar y.
