WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
This product is the subject of a legal warranty in the buyer’s favor, to the specific exclusion of any additional conventional
warranty. The warranty is for a period of 12 months from the date of issue of the receipt, and will be applied in accor-
dance with the methods and terms set out by law. The seller warranties that the goods purchased, as well as being free
from apparent and visible defects, conform to the specifications laid out in the contract and in the seller’s own publicity
material, are fit for the use for which they are intended and for the need for reliability and durability in relation to normal
use. Claims under the warranty must be accompanied by the sales invoice or receipt. The warranty does not cover the
deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear and neither does it apply in the following cases:
• Uses which are inappropriate or not consistent with the technical characteristics of the product
• Uses not conforming to the specifications laid out in the instructions for use
• Collisions and falls
• Damp or exposure to extremes of temperature or other inappropriate environmental conditions
• The effects of chemical agents
• Unauthorized modifications
• Repair work carried out in an unprofessional manner
• The use of non-original components
• The consequences of lack of maintenance
• Any act or fact which is not directly attributable to the seller/producer
CERTIFICADO DE GARANTÍA
Este producto se encuentra sujeto a la garantía legal a favor del comprador con la exclusión específica de otras ga-
rantías convencionales, con una duración de 12 meses a partir de la fecha de emisión de la factura o resguardo fiscal y
con la modalidad y términos previstos por la Ley. El vendedor garantiza que el bien comprado, no presenta defectos,
aparentes u ocultos, que se ajusta a lo acordado en el contrato, que es idóneo para su uso, que se ajusta a las exigen-
cias de fiabilidad y duración con relación a su uso y a los anuncios y comunicaciones publicitarias del vendedor. Para
hacer uso de la garantía es indispensable presentar la facture de venta y/o el resguardo fiscal. La garantía no cubre el
deterioro del producto debido a su normal desgaste y además no se aplica en los siguientes casos:
• Uso no conforme e impropio a las características técnicas u estáticas
• Uso no conforme a las disposiciones contenidas en las instrucciones de uso
• Golpes y caídas
• Humedad y exposición a otras condiciones térmicas y ambientales no idóneas
• Acción de agentes químicos
• Modificaciones no autorizadas
• Reparaciones no efectuadas como corresponde
• Uso de componentes no originales
• Efectos debidos a la falta de mantenimiento
• Cualquier otro acto o hecho que no sea imputable directa o indirectamente al vendedor/productor
