You can set up multiple trusted devices, phone numbers, and emails to verify your logins.
Check your other devices for a verication option. Aer you conrm the log in, check your
two-step verication settings to conrm that they are correct.
• If possible, conrm that your two-step verication settings are correct.
If you can access your Arlo account, conrm that your two-step verication methods
are set correctly. Your trusted devices in the Arlo app don’t have to share a name with
the actual device, so make sure that the device listed in the Arlo app is correct. We also
recommend that you set up more than one device for two-step verication, in case you
lose access to one of your devices. <x-ref>
Enable Arlo Push notifications
If you didn’t receive a push notication, ensure that Arlo push notications are enabled on
your mobile device.
• To enable push notications on iOS, open the Settings app, then tap Notications > Arlo >
Allow Notications. Enable all alert options, sounds, and badges.
• To enable push notications on Android, open the Settings app, then tap Apps &
notications > Notications. Select the Arlo app (if you don’t see the Arlo app, scroll down
and tap See all), then tap Advanced. Enable all notications and notication settings.
Check your SMS settings
If you didn’t receive an SMS text message with a verication code, check your phone number
and make sure that SMS message an notifcations are enabled.
I you changed your phone number, your verication codes are still sent to your old phone
number unless you change the phone number in the Arlo app. <x-ref>
To make sure SMS text messages and notications are enabled:
• Turn o Do Not Disturb mode on your device to make sure that you’re alerted when you
receive a text message. For help conguring Do Not Disturb settings on iOS, visit

on Android, visit https://support.google.com/android/answer/9069335.
• Check your phone and phone carrier settings to ensure that you can send and receive text
messages.
Check your email settings
Check your email’s spam folder. Your email settings might lter Arlo messages into your spam
folder. If Arlo messages are ltered into your spam folder, adjust your email settings
