24 Assembly

Always wear safety glasses when reassembling the iP1 pistol to protect your eyes from

springs.

To assemble the iP1 pistol, follow the instructions below.

1. Push the recoil spring onto the barrel.

2. Holding the frame in your firing hand, with your finger off of the trigger and outside of the

trigger guard, place the slide on top of the frame and over the recoil spring and pull the slide

back over the barrel as far as it will go, and then push it down onto the guide rails of the frame

and push it forward in the guide rails of the frame.

3. Align the cover with the grooves on the frame and push it towards the back of the iP1 pistol

until it locks into place.

Always make sure that the cover is locked in place when assembling the iP1 pistol. If it is

not correctly installed, the iP1 pistol will still fire, but the slide will not be locked in place

which could lead to serious personal injury and/or damage to the iP1 pistol.
