1. Turn knob to open cutting wheels beyond tube diameter.
2. Line up cutting wheel with cutting line pre-determined on tubing.
Tighten knob until cutting wheel is tight on tube.
3. Rotate cutter around tube and tighten knob every few turns until wheel
cuts through tubing.
4. Use reamer to deburr and clean out cut edge.
