Any defects in material or workmanship in your product
One year from the date you purchase your product
What is not Covered
Any problem caused by abuse, misuse, alteration, accidental damage, Acts
of God (such as flood, hurricanes, tornadoes or fire) or when repairs have
been made or attempted by anyone other than MIDEA authorized service
agent or use outside of USA or Canada
How To Get Service
You should contact our customer service via email
USproductregistration@midea.com or by calling 1-866-646-4332 Monday
through Friday. Please have your original sales receipt available when you
call. Proof of purchase will be required to initiate the claim. Give the
consultant your complete shipping address. (No P.O. Box numbers)
What Midea Will Do
Replace your product with an identical or comparable replacement. We will
ship it to your door free of charge. Your replacement unit will also be
covered by our one year limited warranty.
But any shipping or handling costs to deliver your product to our service
center for any reason will be covered by yourself.
